Description

  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing enterprise accounts to grow adoption of Spring Health’s products and services.
  • Build business cases that demonstrate the value and need for expanding current customer offerings.
  • Partner with Customer Success to develop relationships with key stakeholders, including VP-level HR leaders and CFOs.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer goals, pain points, buying cycles, and growth opportunities.
  • Own the full-cycle sales process for existing customers, including discovery calls, presentations, demos, pricing reviews, proposals, and negotiation.
  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue and upsell targets.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Strategic Alliances, Product, Operations, and Marketing to meet customer needs and deliver value.
  • Share customer feedback with internal teams to help influence the product roadmap.
  • Stay informed on mental health industry trends, competitive offerings, and the priorities of HR and finance decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or sales, ideally focused on customer expansion and growth within enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling with large, complex customers.
  • Strong understanding of HR and CFO dynamics and the ability to influence these decision-makers.
  • Experience closing 6-figure deals and exceeding quota as an individual contributor.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • A thoughtful, collaborative approach to selling to existing customers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high ambiguity.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, humility, resourcefulness, directness, ambition, and comfort with change.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the year.
  • Passion for advancing mental health care and improving employee well-being.

  • Target base salary of $132,000 to $165,000.
