Description

  • Serve as the account owner, product expert, and mental health advocate for assigned mid-market and SMB customers.
  • Build strong relationships with decision makers and primary contacts to drive best-practice adoption and change management.
  • Own the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, value realization, engagement, expansion, and renewal.
  • Identify, communicate, and support new opportunities for customers to unlock value from Spring Health.
  • Create and present business reviews to senior HR executives and business leaders with data-based recommendations.
  • Collaborate across teams to share customer feedback, improve processes, and enhance the patient experience.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and training to strengthen product knowledge.
  • Support the sales team with finalist calls and customer references as needed.
  • Drive retention, renewals, and upsells to meet Net CACV Retention goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, implementation, or healthcare management.
  • Experience with upselling and retaining customers to drive additional revenue.
  • Experience using SaaS-based solutions and platforms.
  • Experience owning the full lifecycle of contract renewals.
  • Experience using data visualization and reconciliation techniques to present findings and customer satisfaction insights.
  • Experience meeting defined KPIs and maintaining accurate customer records in a CRM.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 15% as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
  • A deep passion for transforming the U.S. healthcare system, especially mental health.
