Description

  • Design and develop advanced analytics models and supporting tooling infrastructure to improve marketing processes.
  • Oversee and enhance internal tools such as Promotions Optimization, Alerting Dashboard, Brand Workflow Engine, and Channel Search Optimization.
  • Develop new tools to support new business initiatives and improve current operations.
  • Monitor marketing processes and performance using advanced data analytics.
  • Build predictive analytics models that support reporting teams and key marketing metrics up to one year in advance.
  • Provide data-driven insights for ad hoc marketing decisions and support the marketing management team with analysis and tools.
  • Translate analysis into business terms by explaining drivers in dollars versus count-based metrics.
  • Collaborate with teams including Merchandising, Planners, Training, S&T, FP&A, Pricing, and Demand to align marketing management with market demand.
  • Ensure solutions scale over time by reducing time and increasing efficiency.
  • Document processes and tools and support them through training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business analytics.
  • Experience with SQL and Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python or R.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable business insights.
  • Strong numerical and analytical aptitude.
  • High proficiency in creating and managing advanced models.
