Description

  • Identify business questions, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities and translate them into analytical approaches.
  • Support BMP initiatives by delivering insights on business performance, operational efficiency, financial drivers, and strategic KPIs.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models that track performance against targets.
  • Conduct ad hoc and deep-dive analyses to explain trends, variances, risks, opportunities, and business impact.
  • Work with business stakeholders to define objectives, metrics, and decision-focused analytical outputs.
  • Partner with data engineering, finance, and analytics teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and scalable reporting solutions.
  • Synthesize complex analyses into clear narratives and presentations for senior leaders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of analytical frameworks, tools, and best practices within the analytics team.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience in data analysis, business analytics, or performance management roles.
  • Strong experience with SQL and at least one analytical programming language such as Python.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools, with Power BI preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience with financial or business performance management analytics (preferred).
  • Familiarity with forecasting, statistical analysis, and scenario modeling (preferred).
  • Experience with cloud-based data environments such as AWS (preferred).
  • Experience with data pipelines, automation, or orchestration tools such as Airflow (preferred).
  • Exposure to big data or distributed processing frameworks such as Spark or PySpark (preferred).
  • Experience working in a matrixed, global organization (preferred).
