Description

  • Design and run the end-to-end deal workflow from origination intake through screening, scoring, credit committee, and closing.
  • Implement governed automation with audit trails, schema validation, human review gates, and LLM-assisted steps where appropriate.
  • Build the ingestion and storage layer for borrower financials and payment telemetry, including Xsolla transaction data.
  • Develop credit scoring and forecasting models in Python with ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and regression checks.
  • Build and operate the investor pipeline, including CRM automation, follow-up orchestration, and data room upkeep.
  • Ship fund-level and facility-level dashboards and reporting that reconcile to source systems and are reproducible outside the BI tool.
  • Monitor reliability, cost, and security across the automation stack, including access controls, audit logs, and runbooks.
  • Move into underwriting operations post-close, including portfolio monitoring, covenant tracking, and scenario analysis.
  • Support investor and borrower meetings by presenting dashboards, numbers, and diligence responses directly.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience across data analytics or data engineering, including hands-on production automation.
  • Proven experience with LLM-based automation using schema validation, human review gates, evaluation testing, and cost-tiered routing.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills, with end-to-end ownership of a PostgreSQL or similar data platform.
  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as n8n, Airflow, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience with BI and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or equivalent web dashboards.
  • Security discipline for sensitive data, including role-based access, deny-by-default policies, audit trails, and PII handling.
  • Degree in finance or a quantitative field, plus experience in portfolio analytics, market risk, or credit.
  • Strong written and spoken English, with comfort presenting to senior external audiences.
  • Preferred: direct exposure to private credit, lending, or fund operations.
  • Preferred: forecasting and statistical modeling experience, embeddings or semantic search, multi-model AI setups, React/TypeScript web development, or audited/regulatory environments such as SOC 2 or fund audits.
