Description

  • Drive growth for assigned brands by assessing GMV potential and building competitive fulfillment contract models.
  • Translate brand goals into actionable plans and align internal teams and brand stakeholders around execution.
  • Manage day-to-day account health by monitoring performance metrics such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, forecasting, and sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with business leaders across levels and serve as a key point of contact for brand communications.
  • Lead client calls, track questions and follow-ups, and deliver weekly business reviews.
  • Provide brand reporting with actionable recommendations and identify gaps that could affect performance.
  • Manage projects and deliverables with precision to ensure a high-quality brand experience.
  • Use market insights to identify realistic opportunities and maximize brand impact.

Requirements

  • Native Mandarin fluency and full fluency in English, with the ability to communicate and translate seamlessly with Mandarin-speaking brands.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or Client Services preferred.
  • 5–6+ years of experience managing e-commerce clients with net sales exceeding $20 million annually.
  • Project management or account management experience, especially with brands importing from China.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and engage confidently with clients from support teams through C-level executives.
  • Strong independent and team management skills.
  • Excellent creative problem-solving, writing, phone, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to deliver results on time and handle multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in client-facing roles focused on long-term growth strategy preferred.
  • Must reside in a state eligible for Spreetail’s Work Your Way program.
