Description

  • Own growth for a portfolio of strategic partners by generating partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
  • Partner with Sales to co-sell into shared prospects and customers.
  • Identify joint customer opportunities and coordinate pipeline development activities with partners.
  • Build and maintain joint account plans to expand revenue within existing partner relationships.
  • Strengthen relationships with premier and standard partners across sales, product, and GTM teams.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Spreedly’s presence within partner organizations, including new teams, regions, and product integrations.
  • Define, track, analyze, and report on key growth metrics and partner performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales on growth campaigns and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor partner health and proactively manage performance risks and opportunity gaps.
  • Lead internal coordination for partner launches, growth initiatives, and operational execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, partner sales, business development, or strategic partnerships within fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing partner growth plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience co-selling with partners or working in channel ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success generating revenue through strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to work closely with Sales teams to build and close joint pipeline.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with comfort operating autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools, with Salesforce preferred, and strong data/performance tracking skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, with US/UK partner travel expected.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the job location country and not require future sponsorship.
  • Background and reference check required for finalist candidates.
