Description

  • Partner with Solutions Consultants on complex deals by owning solution architecture and defining deliverable approaches.
  • Lead technical discussions with client business and engineering teams, translating goals into technical requirements.
  • Design integrations between Ada’s AI Agent and CRMs, contact centers, commerce platforms, knowledge bases, and BI tools using APIs, SDKs, and MCP.
  • Design and scope bespoke solutions, build working proofs of concept, and drive implementations to production with engineers.
  • Advise Customer Success and strategic accounts on technical improvements that increase automated resolution rates.
  • Provide technical guidance that unblocks client launches and supports successful sales cycles.
  • Create reusable solution patterns and guides, and communicate recurring client needs to Product.
  • Become the subject-matter expert for assigned integrations and independently lead client technical conversations within the first 90 days.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as solution architect, sales engineer, integration engineer, or technical consultant, preferably in SaaS or consulting.
  • Experience designing solutions using REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and event-driven patterns.
  • Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, PII handling, scalability, rate limits, and writing implementation-ready technical specifications.
  • Experience serving as technical lead in complex B2B sales cycles with account executives and Solutions Consultants.
  • Strong communication skills with both business and engineering stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM and contact center platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Customer-facing experience with AI agents or conversational AI platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Python or JavaScript, AWS, and coding agents such as Claude Code or Codex.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, Amazon Connect, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle is preferred.
  • MCP or AI agent tooling experience is strongly preferred.
