Description

  • Manage the full enrollment pipeline from first inquiry to closed enrollment in HubSpot CRM.
  • Run discovery calls with parents to understand their child’s needs, goals, and current challenges.
  • Present the program clearly and answer questions about academics, athletics, cost, and outcomes.
  • Handle objections and follow up with families to convert interest into signed enrollments.
  • Coordinate campus tours and trial days, then drive timely post-visit follow-up.
  • Track every call, task, deal stage, and CRM note accurately and on time.
  • Share call feedback with the marketing team to improve messaging and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Experience with closing sales and identifying serious buyers quickly.
  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM, including sequences, tasks, deal stages, and custom properties.
  • Ability to communicate with parents in an empathetic, trustworthy, and non-pushy way.
  • Comfort making 40+ outbound dials per day during ramp and following up persistently.
  • Strong sales performance history with measurable quotas, deals closed, or ramp speed.
  • Based in Texas and able to travel to the Austin campus for tours, trial days, and team weeks.
  • Comfort working in an AI-first sales environment; familiarity with tools like Perplexity Computer is a plus.
  • Background in EdTech, schools, youth sports, tutoring, camps, or parent-facing sales is a plus.
  • Sports background, including playing, coaching, or working in sports, is a plus.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
