Description

  • Develop a business plan to exceed sales goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing.
  • Drive net-new logo acquisition through outbound activity.
  • Help customers understand Cribl’s value throughout the sales process.
  • Articulate the value proposition across technical and executive stakeholders, from engineers to CxOs.
  • Forecast accurately and consistently hit sales targets.
  • Work with channel partners to generate new business.
  • Occasionally work outside standard hours to support customers across time zones.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle SaaS sales role.
  • Track record of achieving targets in a lead-generation role.
  • Experience developing pipeline and opening new accounts.
  • Demonstrated history of annual overachievement.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Experience selling SaaS products to Security and IT personas.
  • Experience selling through security channel partners.
  • Success building a territory from scratch.
  • Background using MEDDIC.
  • Strong accountability and ownership mindset.
  • Resourcefulness in managing scarcity effectively and creatively.
  • Problem-solving ability to identify and resolve the right issues.
  • Customer-focused approach to building strong relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Must be based locally in the New York Metropolitan area for this remote role.
