Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer questions about invoices, credit notes, subscriptions, and account balances.
  • Manage the full B2B SaaS subscription lifecycle in NetSuite, including new contracts, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, amendments, cancellations, and ownership changes.
  • Keep NetSuite subscription records accurate and current in partnership with Customer Support and Revenue Operations.
  • Own timely, accurate billing activities, including invoice runs, credit memos, and billing and revenue schedule corrections.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with Billing, Collections, and Sales teams.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in CRM and ticketing tools.
  • Improve subscription management, billing, and support processes.

Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on NetSuite experience, including recurring billing, subscriptions, invoicing, credit memos, and customer records.
  • B2B SaaS experience and strong knowledge of subscription management, including contract terms, renewals, amendments, and proration.
  • Understanding of the connection between CRM subscription data and billing.
  • Very good written and spoken English; German is a plus.
  • Comfort using AI tools and cloud-based workflows.
  • Strong analytical, structured, detail-oriented approach and ability to troubleshoot independently.
  • Collaborative working style and willingness to handle complex cases.
  • Experience with Zone Billing or a comparable NetSuite billing extension (preferred).
  • Experience with Salesforce subscription or CPQ data (preferred).
