Description

  • Design, develop, and fine-tune generative AI and transformer-based models.
  • Build automated pipelines and intelligent agents using modern LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith.
  • Integrate AI workflows with vector databases to support similarity search and real-time analysis.
  • Process and analyze large volumes of unstructured data using embeddings and statistical modeling.
  • Develop production-grade ML systems for real-time, high-volume data processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Product and Engineering teams to improve data management and support innovation.
  • Mentor junior team members and serve as a technical resource for the team.
  • Stay current with trends in Agentic AI, transformer models, and generative systems.
  • Present complex analyses clearly to stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of production experience in the machine learning field.
  • Experience developing transformer-based models and deploying them in scalable systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with machine and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and Spacy.
  • Experience with natural language processing and modern LLM-based techniques.
  • Experience across the full ML lifecycle, including data preprocessing, training, evaluation, and monitoring.
  • Skilled with SQL and data extraction methods.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers and stakeholders.
  • Exposure to financial services, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity is preferred.
