Description

  • Own the product roadmap across a portfolio of core platform experience areas and drive prioritization across competing demands.
  • Lead, develop, coach, and evaluate a team of product managers to strengthen ownership, product craft, and strategic contribution.
  • Translate portfolio-level strategy into clear execution plans aligned with local engineering teams and US-based product leadership.
  • Serve as the primary product voice in cross-functional conversations with engineering, design, and QA across distributed teams.
  • Balance strategic initiatives, platform health, and roadmap improvements while deciding when to ship new value versus protect stability.
  • Drive adoption of generative AI tools across the PM team for discovery, research synthesis, writing, backlog refinement, and stakeholder communication.
  • Champion AI-assisted prototyping and concept exploration as part of the discovery process to move from ideas to testable direction faster.
  • Partner with PitchBook product leadership to communicate priorities, represent trade-offs, and keep the portfolio visible at the leadership level.
  • Make and defend confident prioritization decisions, including distinguishing critical maintenance from work that can wait.
  • Proactively surface resourcing needs, dependencies, and risks before they become delivery blockers.
  • Contribute to hiring and help grow the PM team as the portfolio evolves.
  • Foster customer empathy, data-informed decision-making, and continuous improvement across the teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product management, or 10+ years in technology with at least 4 years in product management roles.
  • 2–3+ years of direct experience managing product managers or cross-functional product teams.
  • Proven track record of owning and driving roadmaps across multiple product areas simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with international or English-speaking clients, partners, and leadership teams.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or data-intensive platforms.
  • Comfort navigating complex user workflows and large-scale data systems.
  • Ability to distinguish strategic product work from routine maintenance and defend prioritization decisions with engineering teams.
  • Coaching orientation with the ability to develop product thinking and judgment in others.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Domain background in fintech, financial data, investment platforms, or capital markets is a plus.
  • Familiarity with search, analytics, or data discovery products is a plus.
  • Experience working in an embedded or client-delivery services model is a plus.
  • Experience growing a PM team from an early-stage setup to a mature, self-organizing unit is a plus.
  • Comfort with AI-assisted workflows and modern product tooling such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma is a plus.
