Description

  • Own end-to-end strategy for a product area across acquisition, conversion, activation, engagement, retention, and cross-sell.
  • Develop and maintain a long-term product vision that connects Seed’s science, brand, and retention goals to measurable business impact.
  • Set and own KPIs such as conversion, activation, LTV, rebill, and retention.
  • Design and run short-cycle experiments to validate hypotheses about member behavior.
  • Partner with Product Design to shape the creative and strategic direction of member-facing experiences.
  • Collaborate across the growth-to-member handoff and multi-product subscription journey.
  • Support portfolio expansion by identifying member needs and experience gaps for new products and channels.
  • Inform the evolution of Seed’s owned digital experience as emerging commerce channels develop.
  • Present strategy and experiment results to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience.
  • Deep experience in one or more of: growth, acquisition/conversion, subscription, retention, or post-purchase/member experience.
  • Experience defining product strategy from ambiguity and building organizational conviction around a vision.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams through strategic direction.
  • Experience in subscription or membership businesses at meaningful scale.
  • Strong analytical fluency with cohort analysis, LTV modeling, funnel metrics, and experiment design.
  • Familiarity with SQL and product analytics tools such as Amplitude is a strong plus.
  • Strong judgment, urgency, and willingness to escalate, reframe, or stop work when needed.
  • Clear, structured communication skills for senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • Bonus experience in DTC e-commerce, health/wellness, premium consumer brands, Shopify, subscription platforms, or lifecycle/CRM tools like Klaviyo, Braze, or Iterable.
