Description

  • Own the PracticeTek Pay product strategy and roadmap for embedded payment capabilities.
  • Define and prioritize payment features that improve provider cash flow, patient checkout, onboarding, reconciliation, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle for payments initiatives, including discovery, requirements, prioritization, delivery, launch readiness, and post-launch iteration.
  • Partner with engineering, design, QA, payment operations, sales, onboarding, support, marketing, and customer success to deliver payment solutions.
  • Serve as the product expert for internal teams and external partners and vendors, including Adyen, Zentact, Salesforce, and other third-party providers.
  • Build and maintain feedback loops with practitioners, internal stakeholders, and partners to inform product improvements.
  • Drive outcomes that improve merchant onboarding completion, activation, payment adoption, and processing volume.
  • Reduce payment-related escalations, onboarding friction, reconciliation gaps, underwriting delays, and repeat support issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve payments revenue, interchange performance, cost visibility, transaction routing, and partner performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of SaaS product management experience, preferably in healthcare payments.
  • Experience owning payments products or workflows involving processors, payment facilitators, underwriting, onboarding, compliance, PCI considerations, risk, reconciliation, reporting, or partner integrations.
  • Proven ability to translate customer insights, operational pain points, business goals, and payments data into product requirements and roadmap priorities.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience working with engineering, design, QA, sales, support, customer success, payment operations, finance, legal/compliance, and external vendors.
  • Preferred analytical and technical fluency with data analysis and AI-enabled product requirements.
  • Experience with modern tools such as ChatGPT/Codex, Snowflake/Cortex, Claude, or similar platforms is preferred.
