Description

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for VTEX CMS.
  • Identify opportunities for AI to improve content creation, management, personalization, governance, and delivery.
  • Work with engineering and design to build enterprise content management experiences.
  • Rapidly validate ideas through prototypes, proofs of concept, and experimentation.
  • Use modern AI development workflows and tools to accelerate discovery, specification, and validation.
  • Partner with customers to understand content operations, publishing workflows, developer needs, and business challenges.
  • Drive product decisions using customer insights, market research, experimentation, and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with platform teams to integrate CMS capabilities with storefront, search, merchandising, and commerce services.
  • Define success metrics and measure product impact, adoption, and customer outcomes.
  • Influence product direction across multiple teams and contribute to broader platform strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience leading product strategy and execution for complex software products.
  • Strong knowledge of modern AI technologies, including large language models, agents, tool calling, MCPs, retrieval systems, and AI workflows.
  • Comfort discussing technical architecture, APIs, integrations, developer workflows, and platform capabilities.
  • Ability to create prototypes, workflows, mock implementations, or technical proofs of concept.
  • Experience building CMS, developer platform, AI, productivity, or enterprise SaaS products is preferred.
  • Familiarity with modern AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Spec Kit, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in fast-paced product organizations where experimentation and iteration are core operating principles is preferred.
  • Knowledge of digital experience platforms, headless CMS architectures, content operations, or commerce technologies is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present fluently in English.
  • Experience with enterprise commerce, platform products, or AI-native product development is a plus.
