Description

  • Execute the regional go-to-market strategy for customer experience, product management, and experience design offerings.
  • Advocate for the CX and Product service catalog with market sales teams and support pursuit activity as a first point of contact.
  • Assign specialized Regional Practitioners to pursuits and assess fitment for services.
  • Collaborate with other offering, account, and partnership teams to craft client solutions.
  • Work with Global Service Development Teams to shape offering strategy based on regional needs and opportunities.
  • Identify missing services with Market Directors and provide ongoing feedback to the Global Service Development Team.
  • Recruit and onboard new Regional Practitioners for the service line.
  • Oversee staffing, delivery, tracking, and forecasting for Regional Practitioner utilization.
  • Maintain skills and capabilities assessments for Regional Practitioners to support pursuit fitment.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of user experience design and product management disciplines, including advisory and delivery.
  • Business acumen for managing a professional services practice.
  • Strong internal and external consultative sales capabilities.
  • Relentless focus on the market and customer.
  • Highly collaborative.
  • Experience or familiarity with service expansion, deal closure, and revenue tracking metrics such as TCV and gross margin.
  • Experience measuring service penetration, client NPS, asset usage, and employee engagement.
  • Learning and development-minded, with openness to growth in a supported career environment.
