Description

  • Exceed sales targets across the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute territory strategy.
  • Manage sales activity and maintain CRM records.
  • Prepare weekly reports and quarterly business reviews.
  • Build pipeline primarily through outbound prospecting.
  • Conduct new business meetings and qualify opportunities.
  • Communicate Starlink’s value proposition to prospects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
  • Deliver proposals and lead winning sales campaigns.
  • Collaborate with resellers and internal teams to close deals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience.
  • Proven enterprise sales track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proven experience in one or more enterprise verticals, including SLED, campus and branch, or industrial sectors.
  • Sense of urgency in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of business outcomes.
  • Strong people, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented, diligent, and hardworking.
  • Excellent interface skills with customers and resellers.
  • Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% to 50% of the time.
  • Must meet ITAR eligibility requirements as a U.S. citizen/national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or otherwise authorized by the U.S. Department of State.
