Description

  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver projects successfully.
  • Create and maintain technical and user-facing documentation for internal teams and end users.
  • Design, build, and maintain integrations using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks.
  • Integrate CRM, ERP, billing, SaaS, and internal applications with a focus on data mapping, transformation, and real-time synchronization.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and reduce manual work across operational workflows.
  • Apply API and security best practices, including authentication, error handling, monitoring, and reliability safeguards.
  • Implement alerting and monitoring to keep applications and services performant and reliable.
  • Support Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and related Atlassian tools.
  • Manage complex Jira projects, workflows, schemes, custom fields, and security schemes.
  • Develop, test, and deploy upgrades for Atlassian applications in large clustered Linux environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline plus 3+ years of hands-on experience in large enterprise environments, or 5+ years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience designing and implementing API integrations using REST, GraphQL, and webhooks.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Groovy, Python, or Java.
  • Strong experience with scripting and SQL, especially with ScriptRunner.
  • Experience upgrading Atlassian applications such as Jira and Confluence in a large, clustered Linux production environment.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Atlassian tools with internal systems, CRM, ERP, or billing platforms.
  • Experience migrating data between application platforms.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced team environment with strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with software development teams and other business units.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and mentoring or training team members.
  • Must meet ITAR eligibility requirements as a U.S. citizen/national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or otherwise authorized by the U.S. Department of State.

Benefits

  • Pay range of $95,000-$120,000 for Level 1 and $115,000-$150,000 for Level 2.
