Description

  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver projects successfully.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical and user-facing documentation for internal teams and end users.
  • Design, build, and maintain integrations using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks.
  • Integrate SaaS platforms and internal systems, including CRM, ERP, billing, and other business applications.
  • Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Apply security best practices for authentication, error handling, monitoring, and reliable integrations.
  • Implement alerting and monitoring to keep applications and services performant and reliable.
  • Support the Atlassian application stack, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
  • Manage complex projects, workflows, schemes, custom fields, and security schemes in Atlassian tools.
  • Develop, test, and deploy upgrades for collaborative applications such as Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline plus 3+ years of hands-on experience in large enterprise environments, or 5+ years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience designing and implementing API integrations using REST, GraphQL, and webhooks.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Groovy, Python, or Java.
  • Strong experience with scripting and SQL, especially with ScriptRunner.
  • Strong experience upgrading Atlassian applications such as Jira and Confluence in a large, clustered Linux production environment.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Atlassian tools with internal systems, CRM, ERP, or billing platforms.
  • Experience migrating data between application platforms.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced team environment with strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with software development teams and other business units.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and mentoring or training team members.
  • Must meet ITAR requirements as a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or otherwise eligible for required U.S. Department of State authorization.
