Description

  • Engage with customer inquiries, qualify leads, and conduct pre-sales discussions.
  • Manage sales processes for a subset of customers, including follow-ups, documentation, and database account status updates.
  • Own and implement sales process improvement projects that support sales growth and reduce burden on other SpaceX teams.
  • Support sales managers and directors with customer onsite visits, offsite meetings, conferences, and other sales events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of enterprise sales experience or 1+ years of experience within SpaceX.
  • 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams and external customers.
  • Must be willing to travel approximately 20%.
  • Available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to support closing sales opportunities.
  • Independently motivated with a demonstrated track record of project ownership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of launch vehicles, satellites, and/or the aerospace market.
  • Highly detail-oriented, diligent, and hard working with strong customer interface skills.
  • Must meet ITAR eligibility requirements as a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or otherwise eligible for required U.S. Department of State authorization.
