Description

  • Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned territory accounts and manage day-to-day customer support.
  • Develop and execute sales strategy and territory plans with the Director of Sales North America.
  • Identify target accounts, new customers, sales opportunities, and barriers to product adoption.
  • Implement launch strategies by delivering product introductions and in-services to customers.
  • Generate, track, and follow up on sales leads to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital customers, medical professionals, and administrators.
  • Monitor competitive activity and share market intelligence with the marketing team.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues and recommending solutions to management.
  • Support market development and education efforts to accelerate product adoption and patient access.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a medically related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the medical device or transplant industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital total account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the liver transplant disease space, clinical studies, and medical device products.
  • Experience in organ transplantation is preferred.
  • Excellent presentation skills for both virtual and live audiences.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
  • Ability to manage a large geography and travel extensively, including routine air travel and overnight stays.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a high-stress environment.
