Description

  • Own the annual regional marketing roadmap aligned to acquisition, FTD, and retention goals.
  • Research local competitors, pricing models, and trader behavior to identify untapped segments.
  • Localize creative, messaging, landing pages, and promotional offers for priority languages and markets.
  • Design and lead integrated regional campaigns across paid digital, organic, creator/KOL, PR, offline events, and partner channels.
  • Build quarterly go-to-market plans with channel mix, budget allocation, hypotheses, and success metrics.
  • Partner with Product on regionally relevant features, deposit methods, and bonus mechanics.
  • Lead regional acquisition efforts with Paid Media across PPC, Paid Social, programmatic, and ASO.
  • Analyze the funnel from first touch to second deposit and implement fixes to reduce drop-off.
  • Design lifecycle, reactivation, and promotional campaigns to improve retention and trader LTV.
  • Create co-marketing toolkits and campaign assets for BDM/PAM teams, IBs, affiliates, and KOLs.
  • Manage external agencies, PR firms, creative shops, and freelance localizers.
  • Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Product, and Sales to ensure campaigns are effective and compliant.
  • Brief, review, and approve all regional creative before launch.
  • Plan and execute regional event participation, VIP seminars, and partner dinners.
  • Manage relationships with regional media outlets, portals, and trading-focused creators.
  • Act as brand guardian for regional PR and communications, ensuring adherence to local advertising rules.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in performance or brand marketing.
  • At least 2 years owning a region or country P&L.
  • Deep familiarity with at least two IPBS markets; India is required, with Pakistan, Bangladesh, or Sri Lanka strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience running paid acquisition at scale across Meta, Google, programmatic, and creator/KOL channels.
  • Clear CPA and FTD performance experience that can be articulated in detail.
  • Hands-on campaign management experience, including writing briefs, reviewing creative, reading media plans, and challenging agencies.
  • Working knowledge of crypto, forex, CFDs, or another regulated financial vertical.
  • Fluent English plus at least one of Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Tamil, or Sinhala.
  • Demonstrable use of AI tools in your workflow with concrete examples.
  • Existing relationships with IPBS trading KOLs, financial media, or expo organizers is a plus.
  • Experience working with an affiliate or IB program is a plus.
  • SEO, lifecycle/CRM marketing, or community-building experience is a plus.
  • Experience navigating advertising restrictions for crypto or leveraged products is a plus.
