Description

  • Redesign CRM data models and user experience for opportunities, products, and pricing.
  • Build and maintain C# plug-ins and server-side business rules to keep data consistent and enforce business logic.
  • Own front-end customization and form scripting to create a cleaner, more intuitive in-system experience.
  • Deliver integrations between the CRM and adjacent tools, portals, and internal systems using Web API and upsert-style patterns.
  • Design and build automation and workflow flows that reflect real sales and quoting processes.
  • Manage solution packaging and promotion across dev, test, and production environments.
  • Handle data migration and reconciliation from legacy CRM structures.
  • Control access to custom objects and produce documentation suitable for support and audit.
  • Collaborate with internal CRM stakeholders on backlog prioritization, environment promotion, and acceptance of delivered work.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of professional software development experience with a strong full stack foundation.
  • Hands-on CRM platform experience, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales/Dataverse; strong Salesforce or other Dynamics 365 module experience will also be considered.
  • Experience with C#/.NET for server-side development, plug-ins, APIs, or enterprise integrations.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript for client-side scripting and form customization.
  • Experience with solution ALM and structured dev/test/prod environment management.
  • Comfort owning Web API and integration work, including upsert patterns and data synchronization across systems.
  • Strong communication skills for working with limited oversight and engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken, is required.
  • Must be based in LATAM.
  • Preferred: experience with Power Automate or equivalent workflow automation.
  • Preferred: experience with Conga CPQ or a similar quoting tool.
  • Preferred: experience with data migration and reconciliation.
  • Preferred: experience with PCF controls or custom pages.
