Description

  • Lead technical discovery, qualification, and solution alignment throughout the sales cycle for enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-value sessions, and evaluations focused on cloud identity risk and governance use cases.
  • Translate complex cloud security, IAM, and DevOps concepts into business value tied to risk reduction, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with cloud engineering, SRE/DevOps, security, IAM, and executive stakeholders to shape technical discussions.
  • Design and present solution architectures that integrate Sonrai’s CPF into customer environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Support customers on IAM design and optimization, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code security, and least-privilege access strategies.
  • Contribute to technical account strategy and deal execution alongside Sales, Field CTO, and leadership.
  • Participate in customer workshops, architecture reviews, technical deep dives, and advisory conversations.
  • Create and support field-facing assets such as demos, technical content, and competitive positioning materials.
  • Represent Sonrai in industry events, webinars, and partner engagements as a technical voice.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Security roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience in multi-cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Deep expertise in cloud IAM, including AWS IAM, SCPs, Organizations, Azure AD/Entra ID, RBAC, GCP IAM, and organizational policy controls.
  • Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, and Jenkins.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, with Terraform strongly preferred.
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures and modern application environments.
  • Experience working closely with SRE and DevOps teams, cloud platform engineering teams, and cybersecurity/IAM teams.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security principles including least privilege access, identity-based risk, entitlement management, governance, and compliance.
  • Ability to engage credibly from hands-on engineers through CISO and executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills that connect technical capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Experience in pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles in a SaaS or cybersecurity company (preferred).
  • Familiarity with compliance and audit frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002, SOC 2, SOX, or similar (preferred).
  • Experience building or operating in large-scale cloud environments with complex IAM structures (preferred).
  • Background in cloud security tooling such as CNAPP, CSPM, CIEM, or identity governance solutions (preferred).
  • Prior experience contributing to technical content, blogs, or presentations (preferred).
