Description

  • Lead complex end-to-end deployments of Jean-Paul in production with strategic customers.
  • Own discovery, technical scoping, connectivity, and rollout for customer implementations.
  • Partner directly with customer engineering and business teams to drive adoption and impact.
  • Enable customer users to build and extend solutions rather than taking over the work yourself.
  • Identify adjacent business functions and expand successful deployments across the enterprise.
  • Run discovery to surface, prioritize, and communicate high-value use cases to customer leadership.
  • Deploy Jean-Paul into customer environments such as VPCs, on-prem Docker hosts, and behind proxies or firewalls.
  • Set up SSO, connect AI providers, and establish the first MCP connection to customer systems.
  • Unblock enterprise connectivity issues, document lessons learned, and build repeatable patterns.
  • Close the feedback loop with Product, Engineering, Security, and GTM teams to influence the roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on engineering or technical deployment experience.
  • Experience with real infrastructure work, including Linux, Docker, networking, and at least one major cloud.
  • Experience with enterprise SSO/OAuth and related integration challenges.
  • Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or agents.
  • Ability to distinguish between a connected system and a usable one, including building the context layer for trustworthy agent behavior.
  • Comfort working with ambiguous problems, confused stakeholders, and no formal spec.
  • Experience helping others become more effective with technical work.
  • Comfort being first in a new role where runbooks do not yet exist.
  • US-based, with San Francisco preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer sites.
