Description

  • Conduct outbound phone and email outreach to existing customers and channel partners.
  • Recommend business solutions that align customer needs with SonicWall priorities.
  • Use installed product subscription records and reporting to increase active subscribers within the installed base.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, partners, regional sales teams, and sales leaders.
  • Support sales information flow and answer installed base data inquiries.
  • Drive lifecycle management process improvements with partners and customers.
  • Maintain documentation for projects and initiatives related to installed base growth.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers using knowledge of SonicWall products and services.
  • Leverage cross-functional resources to achieve sales and growth objectives.
  • Help influence sales behavior and capabilities across sales teams.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of related experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and provide consultative analysis.
  • Ability to combine complex data and analysis into actionable business plans.
  • Motivation and passion for sales.
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and drive projects to completion.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to follow through on assigned projects.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to learn new tools.
  • Sales experience within the technology industry is a plus.
