Description

  • Meet and exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on the scientific and clinical information for Acoramidis.
  • Engage customers in clinically relevant, customer-centric discussions using approved materials.
  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas of concern within the territory.
  • Own territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives.
  • Partner compliantly with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB, and other cross-functional teams to support customer satisfaction.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain professional relationships with KOLs, physicians, medical staff, hospital personnel, and multidisciplinary center staff.
  • Navigate hospital formulary processes and implement strategies to support successful product positioning and availability.
  • Anticipate business challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions to address obstacles.
  • Represent the company professionally and complete tasks and projects assigned by Sales Leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in Rare Disease, Cardiology, Specialty, or ATTR.
  • BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
  • Product or indication launch experience in highly competitive markets.
  • Strong leadership, planning, organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute on a plan.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority internally and externally.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency with remote technology for customer engagement.
  • High ethical standards and adherence to company policies, compliance rules, and applicable regulations.
  • Significant travel is required.
  • Experience in selling skills, clinical knowledge, market knowledge, and the territory business environment.
