Description

Own coach recruitment activities for an assigned regional cluster covering 30+ studio locations.
Manage recruitment for full-time field leadership roles.
Drive hiring for 150-300+ coach hires annually across regional training cohorts.
Build and maintain a strong regional talent pipeline aligned to local market conditions.
Scout, source, screen, interview, and audition coach candidates throughout the region.
Lead live and virtual auditions and assess candidates against [solidcore] coaching standards.
Coordinate interview scheduling, auditions, offer communications, and follow-up with candidates.
Partner with field leaders, studio leadership, and Training Managers on hiring decisions and workforce planning.
Support the candidate experience through offer, onboarding, and orientation logistics.
Maintain accurate candidate records and report on recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and market insights.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Ability to manage at least 4 open full-time requisitions at once while maintaining high-quality pipelines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an enthusiastic, outgoing personality.
Ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and team members.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Passion for fitness and understanding of the fitness industry.
Ability to represent the [solidcore] brand with energy, enthusiasm, and authenticity.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned regional territory, with 25-40% travel expected.
Colorado-based location required.
Experience recruiting in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail industries is preferred.
Knowledge of multiple geographic markets and regional talent landscapes is preferred.
Experience coordinating training programs or cohort-based hiring is preferred.
