Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage recurring meetings to discuss concerns, open tickets, and enhancement requests.
  • Communicate ticket status updates, set expectations, and track resolution timelines for clients.
  • Monitor the internal ticketing system, review new tickets for accuracy and priority, and triage them to the appropriate teams.
  • Escalate complex issues to Operations and follow up on outstanding tickets to ensure SLA and client expectation alignment.
  • Identify trends in client-reported issues and work with internal teams to improve processes and reduce recurring problems.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate clear communication and issue resolution.
  • Participate in monthly Executive Steering Committee presentations with client leadership teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Support, and Talent teams to improve the client experience and support hiring efforts.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and contribute to company culture and team engagement.
  • Oversee client operations using reporting metrics and make informed decisions under pressure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in account management or a client-facing role.
  • Previous experience in operations is highly desired.
  • Healthcare or technology experience is preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required, or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • CRM experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Must be available for on-call duty during peak periods.
  • Must be able to travel up to 10%.
  • Must attend in-person headquarters visits approximately 2 times per year.
  • ET working hours are required (9am-6pm ET), and candidates must reside in the Eastern or Central time zone.
  • Must reside in the United States and have valid work authorization without current or future sponsorship needs.
