Description

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes across departments.
  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Ensure business operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans that support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform business decisions and identify operational improvements.
  • Lead project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for the operations department.
  • Work closely with finance, sales, marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Support hiring and recruitment efforts, including participating in interviews and identifying top talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field; STEM degree strongly preferred.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a related role within the healthcare or technology sectors.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position.
  • Experience within a STEM field is required.
  • Experience working within the healthcare or technology industry is required.
  • Excel experience required; some SQL experience preferred.
  • Must complete Six Sigma Green Belt Certification within 6 months of hire if not already certified.
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare industry standards and regulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must reside in the United States and have valid work authorization without current or future sponsorship needs.
  • Must reside in the Eastern or Central time zone and work Eastern Time hours.
  • Must be available beyond standard 9am-6pm hours, including on-call duty, occasional weekends, overnight hours, and up to 5% travel.

  • Base salary of $90,000-$110,000, plus equity when applicable and variable/incentive compensation.
