Description

  • Support data governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives within the banking sector.
  • Contribute to BCBS239 implementation by identifying and resolving data quality issues.
  • Maintain and enhance business glossaries to ensure consistent data definitions across the organization.
  • Implement and monitor data quality controls to improve data accuracy and reliability.
  • Define and maintain end-to-end data lineage to support regulatory and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to strengthen data management practices.
  • Support enhancements to regulatory reporting processes and data governance frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with internal data governance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate cross-functional cooperation to improve data ownership, stewardship, and accountability.

Requirements

  • Experience in data governance, data management, or similar roles.
  • Banking or financial services industry experience.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Data analysis capabilities.
  • Understanding of data warehousing and reporting.
  • Knowledge of database structures.
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
  • Regulatory reporting experience, preferred.
  • Knowledge of BCBS239, preferred.
  • Business knowledge of banking products, systems, and processes, preferred.
  • Experience with data lineage frameworks, preferred.
