Description

  • Partner with the sales team to support the full deal cycle from technical discovery through close.
  • Lead technical customer conversations, including product demos, architecture discussions, and integration planning.
  • Translate payment infrastructure, APIs, and workflows into tailored solutions for customer needs.
  • Design and present scalable solution architectures for payments, wallets, and crypto use cases.
  • Build proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and sandbox integrations to demonstrate product capabilities.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor during prospect evaluation of Breeze’s platform and integration approach.
  • Support RFPs, technical documentation, and security/compliance reviews during the sales process.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to share customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
  • Identify technical blockers and develop solutions to accelerate deal velocity.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff from pre-sales to post-sales by aligning on technical scope and implementation requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on technical experience, including the ability to read/write code, debug integrations, or build prototypes.
  • Experience working with API-driven products or developer-focused platforms.
  • Background in payments, fintech, or adjacent infrastructure technologies.
  • Strong experience in payments, fintech infrastructure, or related domains such as acquiring, issuing, gateways, wallets, or crypto.
  • Strong track record of supporting complex technical sales and contributing to deal closure.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
