Description

  • Translate ambiguous client goals into clear, technically credible solution architectures and narratives.
  • Lead discovery workshops, ask incisive questions, and define what a winning solution looks like for the client and the business.
  • Build decks, executive narratives, and pricing models for EOI, RFI, RFP, orals, and executive briefings.
  • Own solution estimating and high-level pricing across software, hardware, cloud, tooling, and licensing for POC, MVP, and commercial models.
  • Navigate between C-level business outcomes and technical architecture and delivery tradeoffs.
  • Own the solution across applications, infrastructure, security, cloud, and AI-enabled tooling.
  • Collaborate with Product, Delivery, Marketing, and Sales to evolve GTM playbooks, offerings, and pursuit plans.
  • Align with delivery leaders to ensure proposed solutions are buildable, profitable, and differentiated.
  • Contribute reusable messaging, templates, pricing frameworks, reference architectures, and standard patterns.
  • Mentor junior solution engineers and architects and act as a thought leader within the team.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or consulting roles in IT services, SaaS, cloud, or AI-led solutions.
  • Proven ability to influence or close $1M+ services deals, with multi-tower or multi-year deals preferred.
  • Hands-on understanding of services delivery, including SDLC, cloud migrations, modernization, architecture patterns, and infra operations.
  • Experience designing or positioning solutions with AI integration, agent workflows, automation, or model-enhanced applications such as copilots and RAG systems.
  • Ability to build defensible pricing models, including T&M, fixed-price, managed services, and outcome-based models.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Comfort working with distributed global teams across time zones and collaborating during India hours with US and Europe stakeholders.
  • Technical breadth across applications, infrastructure, security, and cloud, with depth in at least one practice area.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
  • Familiarity with modern data and AI stacks such as Snowflake, Databricks, vector databases, and LLM orchestration frameworks is preferred.
  • Background in consulting-led environments such as Big 4, global SIs, or boutique consulting firms is preferred.
  • Industry experience in BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or similar sectors is preferred.
