Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, architect, and implement end-to-end full stack solutions.
  • Build robust backend services and integrations that power user-facing experiences.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver solutions that meet user and technical needs.
  • Conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure reliability and functionality.
  • Advocate for process improvements and adopt new tools and technologies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Review code from junior developers and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality standards.
  • Mentor team members and share knowledge to support their growth.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for software, APIs, and processes.
  • Support the product lifecycle from ideation through building, testing, deploying, monitoring, and production support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a fully accredited college or university.
  • 6+ years of programming experience, ideally on a modern stack.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Strong back-end experience with technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, Kotlin, Spring, and PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Experience working in a service-oriented architecture or microservice-based application.
  • Experience in a collaborative coding environment, including design refinement, code reviews, and pull request management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, with the ability to drive projects from inception to completion.
  • Experience scaling highly available, mission-critical systems (preferred).
  • Test-driven development experience with unit and integration testing (preferred).
  • Flutter development experience (preferred).
