Description

  • Build responsive client-side interfaces and server-side application functionality.
  • Implement business logic, API integrations, authentication, and authorization.
  • Design, build, optimize, and maintain relational databases and data pipelines.
  • Develop and support RESTful APIs and server-side rendered web applications.
  • Create automated unit and integration tests, logging, and monitoring capabilities.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and infrastructure as code.
  • Deploy software to AWS or other cloud environments, including unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret regions.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical team members while adapting to new technologies.

Requirements

  • Experience with full-stack web development, including front-end and back-end systems.
  • Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and modern build tools such as Vite or Webpack.
  • Experience with server-side rendering, React error boundaries and Suspense, and state-management tools such as React Context, Zustand, or Redux.
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs; GraphQL experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Node.js and Python, including mypy.
  • Experience with OAuth, JWT, validation libraries such as Zod or Valibot, and observability tools such as Sentry.
  • Experience with unit and integration testing tools such as Vitest.
  • Strong relational database experience, including PostgreSQL or MySQL, data modeling, schema migrations, advanced SQL, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Docker Compose, infrastructure as code, semantic versioning, feature flags, linting/formatting, and AWS or another cloud provider; Kubernetes, Kafka, RedPanda, or other streaming-platform experience is preferred.
  • Willingness and eligibility to obtain a Secret or Top Secret/SCI security clearance; an open-source profile such as GitHub is preferred.
