Description

Contribute to and shape the Workday HCM roadmap with senior leadership.
Drive prioritization and execution of roadmap initiatives across enhancements, technical debt, compliance, and innovation.
Evaluate Workday releases, vendor roadmap updates, and industry trends to evolve the platform proactively.
Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to translate business needs into system solutions.
Influence stakeholder decisions and navigate competing priorities across functions.
Own end-to-end delivery of Workday initiatives across HCM modules and integrations.
Manage backlog intake, prioritization, governance, release management, and change control processes.
Ensure operational rigor across system performance, data integrity, security, compliance, and audit readiness.
Lead change management, adoption efforts, and reporting on roadmap progress, risks, and outcomes.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Workday team with strong ownership and accountability.

Requirements

7-10+ years of experience with Workday HCM, including hands-on configuration across core modules.
3-5+ years of people leadership experience, including leading high-performing techno-functional teams.
Experience supporting multiple Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent.
Experience operating in a cross-functional enterprise environment partnering across HR, Finance, and IT.
Experience leading or supporting large-scale implementations, enhancements, or platform transformations.
Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, with the ability to connect business needs to system capabilities.
Experience supporting SOX, audit, or other regulated environments.
Experience influencing senior-level stakeholders.
Strong, hands-on expertise across Workday HCM and experience guiding configuration and solution design.
Experience supporting Workday releases, enhancements, and ongoing platform optimization.
