Description

  • Conduct claims and pricing analysis to support the presales process.
  • Independently query large datasets and produce ad hoc analyses with clear insights.
  • Leverage historical claims data to create reprice reporting for assessment and risk management.
  • Prepare sales deliverables that clearly illustrate the company’s value proposition.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses and investigations into large datasets and summarize findings.
  • Ensure deliverables are accurate, high-quality, and client-ready through review and evaluation.
  • Communicate findings and project updates with internal stakeholders and external partners across email, Slack, phone, and video calls.
  • Provide ad hoc analyses to show the potential impact of implementing SmithRx as a pharmacy benefit solution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, analytics, and clinical stakeholders to provide savings insights.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience.
  • Experience in software, employee benefits, or healthcare industries is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and develop key insights.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Looker, and Tableau.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate constructively and positively with teammates and partners in a fast-paced environment.
