Description

  • Oversee the RFI and RFP process as the central point of contact for coordinating proposal drafts from all contributors.
  • Customize proposals to reflect SmithRx’s value proposition and each client’s unique needs.
  • Communicate proposal readiness to the Sales team and provide links to all submission materials.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Revenue, and Sales teams to gather responses to questions that are not readily available.
  • Review, edit, and tailor proposal drafts, supplemental documents, and executive summaries into a consistent final product.
  • Ensure new proposal responses are added to the content database for future use.
  • Cross-train and contribute to implementation, contracting, or other support areas during the RFP off-season.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of RFI/RFP experience, preferably supporting large groups of 20,000 lives or more.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience in PBM, software, employee benefits, or healthcare industries is a plus.
  • Experience using RFP management tools such as Ringmaster, Proposal Tech, or TrueBid.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Clear and concise writing skills.
  • Experience with Excel, Salesforce, and Adobe.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple workstreams and manage tasks independently to meet firm deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate constructively in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Low-ego approach and ability to work well with a wide range of people.
