Description

Research, write, and revise high-quality original content for manuscripts, posters, abstracts, slide decks, and related materials.
Deliver content in line with project specifications, timelines, budgets, and scope.
Quickly synthesize complex information from unfamiliar therapy areas into impactful materials.
Identify when projects require support from other teams, such as creative design or editorial help, and coordinate that assistance.
Liaise professionally with clients, authors, speakers, and colleagues throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently while maintaining progress across concurrent workstreams.
Work with internal account teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Collaborate with external experts to develop engaging strategies and solutions that support better patient outcomes.

Requirements

BSc or higher degree in the life sciences.
A master's degree or PhD is desirable but not required.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Proficiency in internet research and PubMed searches.
Ability to handle multiple project types and deadlines at once.
Comfort working within tight timelines and project scope.
Experience with medical communications or scientific writing is not stated as required, but this is an entry-level role.
Must be available to start immediately.
Location should be in EST or CT, preferably near one of the company’s local hubs.
