Description

  • Independently query large datasets and produce ad hoc analyses with clear, actionable insights.
  • Leverage historical claims data to generate reporting for assessment and risk management.
  • Assist in preparing deliverables for operations teams supporting member transitions to SmithRx.
  • Ensure deliverables are high-quality, client-ready, and reviewed through audit and evaluation processes.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses and investigations into large datasets and communicate findings clearly.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners through email, Slack, phone, and video calls.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to assess the broader impact of implementing SmithRx as a pharmacy benefit solution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across the organization to support onboarding and client needs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience.
  • Experience in software, employee benefits, or healthcare industries is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and develop key insights.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Looker, and Tableau.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate constructively and positively with teammates and partners in a fast-paced environment.
