Description

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of Fractional COO and coaching engagements across the portfolio.
  • Directly manage, coach, and develop team leads and individual contributors as needed.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and capacity planning for the teams.
  • Build, refine, and enforce standardized financial frameworks for client engagements, including P&L management, cash flow forecasting, and balance sheet review.
  • Handle client escalations and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with the COO and senior leadership on service product development, pricing, and operational scalability.
  • Maintain operating rhythms and systems, including KPI tracking and quarterly boulder planning.
  • Manage and optimize department budgets and delivery-team capacity planning.
  • Work with tech teams to build systems, processes, automations, and AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership roles with demonstrated success.
  • Experience analyzing core financial statements, including P&Ls, cash flow statements, and balance sheets.
  • Experience leading teams of 5 or more direct reports in a company with $20M+ in annual revenue.
  • Meaningful experience working with small-to-mid-market companies in the $10M-$15M revenue range.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Commitment to consistent methodology delivery and client accountability frameworks.
  • High professionalism, discretion, and executive presence when working with law firm owners and senior leadership.
  • Experience managing client escalations and client experience.
  • High level of technological ability, including experience using AI at an advanced level.
