Description

  • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual software and services sales quotas.
  • Forecast accurately, manage the pipeline, and achieve performance metrics.
  • Lead account strategy and multi-year account development for named strategic accounts.
  • Create and maintain actionable account plans.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional experts and external partners.
  • Drive a high-value customer experience throughout the customer journey.
  • Sell to Line of Business, functional, and IT stakeholders.
  • Manage both transactional land-and-expand motions and value-based solution selling motions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with VP+ and C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Use MEDDICC, data, and PLG signals to guide sales strategy and decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling complex software solutions to enterprise or Global 2000 accounts.
  • 5-10+ years of enterprise sales experience.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding quota.
  • Minimum of 3+ years tenure in previous roles, showing company loyalty and growth.
  • Ability to prospect, build demand, and hunt in a defined territory.
  • Strong experience in team-based strategic account planning, development, and execution.
  • Experience with a value-selling methodology such as Force Management, Sandler, or Value Selling Framework.
  • Executive presence with the ability to engage VP+ and C-suite executives.
  • Willingness to travel 30%-50% for face-to-face customer engagement.
  • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and mental agility.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
