Description

  • Own the full sales lifecycle for new FSI logos and expansion of existing customer relationships.
  • Lead cross-functional pursuit teams and partners to design customized data storage solutions for complex RFP and RFI opportunities.
  • Develop and execute account plans and pipeline strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to position Everpure as a long-term strategic partner.
  • Collaborate with technical experts, product leaders, and channel partners to capture new market share and expand the company’s footprint.
  • Navigate complex procurement processes and contract negotiations in the FSI and Federal Systems Integrator landscape.
  • Translate customer needs into clear business outcomes and value-driven solution proposals.
  • Use customer insights to challenge legacy storage approaches and position the Everpure platform as a transformative solution.

Requirements

  • Proven success in the FSI and Federal Systems Integrator market.
  • Deep understanding of procurement processes, contract negotiations, and mission-critical intelligence data environments.
  • Experience leading multi-stakeholder sales processes and shared ownership across internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships across a wide range of customer audiences.
  • Challenger mindset with the ability to evangelize a simple technology story and influence change.
  • Experience aligning solutions to rigorous agency requirements and complex procurement challenges.
  • Remote work eligibility (#LI-Remote).
  • Eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

  • Annual base salary range of $130,000 to $208,000 USD.
