Description

  • Execute the regional activation of Smartsheet’s global AI narrative across APJ field teams.
  • Develop APJ-specific AI positioning guides tailored to regional buyer priorities and market dynamics.
  • Translate global enablement assets into regionally relevant, sales-ready formats for APJ teams.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to deliver AI training sessions, certifications, and deal support.
  • Build and maintain APJ AI content for discovery, use cases, MCP value narratives, and competitive positioning.
  • Support regional go-to-market activation for Smartsheet’s MCP platform and platform extensibility messaging.
  • Develop APJ-specific MCP use-case content aligned to regional integration ecosystems and workflow patterns.
  • Partner with APJ partner teams on AI and MCP messaging for channel and alliance strategies.
  • Develop and deliver regional AI activation programs for APJ customers.
  • Partner with Customer Success on AI readiness assessments, workshops, and adoption tracking.
  • Source APJ customer proof points, case studies, and reference stories.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence and create battle cards, objection-handling guides, and leadership briefings.
  • Support AI thought leadership through events, analyst briefings, campaigns, and regional content.
  • Partner with demand generation to integrate AI messaging into APJ campaigns.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or GTM strategy in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Meaningful experience supporting APJ markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Direct experience translating global product narratives into regional field content and sales enablement for APJ enterprise audiences.
  • Working knowledge of AI and automation concepts sufficient to engage with technical buyers and product teams.
  • Deep familiarity with APJ enterprise buying dynamics, sales cycles, partner ecosystems, and cultural considerations.
  • Strong writing and messaging skills for complex AI product capabilities.
  • Comfort working directly with Sales, Customer Success, and field teams across multiple APJ sub-regions.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and able to bring structure to complex, fast-moving environments.
  • Experience with competitive intelligence in a fast-moving, regionally diverse market.
