Description

  • Lead complex, multi-system AI deployments end-to-end, including scoping, architecture, build, validation, and customer relationship management.
  • Own the full engagement lifecycle from technical discovery through production deployment and handoff to the solutions organization.
  • Own and evolve the AI workshop program for the pod, customizing content for each customer and translating workshop outputs into production requirements.
  • Architect multi-agent solutions aligned to customer workflow characteristics and compliance requirements.
  • Design client-specific and industry-specific MCP resource packs that deliver personalized intelligence across connected AI surfaces.
  • Own Deployment Kit quality and ensure documentation is clear enough for non-engineering solutions consultants to use independently.
  • Lead Solutions Enablement Sprints and create training materials and certification criteria for consultants and partners.
  • Drive the intelligence loop by writing strategic memos, presenting weekly field findings, contributing Agent Bricks and Skills, and filing RFCs for platform improvements.
  • Mentor junior FDEs through customer engagements, code reviews, and deployment kit quality improvements.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of production software engineering experience, including 3+ years deploying AI/ML to production.
  • Deep Python experience and strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills.
  • Proven track record leading complex enterprise technical engagements and managing customer relationships.
  • Experience navigating security reviews and delivering production systems that organizations depend on.
  • Deep production LLM experience, including multi-agent orchestration, MCP/tool use, RAG optimization, evaluation frameworks, and agent deployment at scale.
  • System architecture expertise across enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, and AI services.
  • Demonstrated ability to create reusable technical assets used by others in production.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for architecture documents, runbooks, strategic memos, and training materials.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 25–50% of the time.
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis.
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience founding or scaling an FDE or solutions engineering function, preferred.
  • Technical founder background, or experience with Databricks, AWS Bedrock, or Temporal, preferred.
  • Deep domain knowledge in healthcare, financial services, or government, preferred.
  • Experience contributing to agent frameworks such as Strands SDK, LangChain, or open-source MCP servers, preferred.
