Description

  • Maintain data infrastructure supporting machine learning and analytics workflows.
  • Own the Data Movement Platform for batch and stream processing.
  • Build infrastructure using Spark, Flink, and Airflow, including open-source contributions as needed.
  • Develop automated, declarative, self-service tools for data users.
  • Collaborate on on-call support, monitoring, and alerting to improve platform reliability, scalability, latency, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of production software engineering experience writing clean, maintainable, well-tested code.
  • Proficiency in an object-oriented language such as Python, Scala, Go, or Java.
  • Experience designing and implementing large-scale systems.
  • Experience with cloud services or modern cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Experience with Airflow, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Spark, and/or Flink.
  • Ability to monitor project progress and take proactive ownership across diverse projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
