Description

  • Design, develop, maintain, and support Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure-based enterprise solutions.
  • Build web components, applications, automations, integrations, and serverless solutions using technologies such as C#, .NET, SQL, JavaScript, CRM Plugins, and Azure Functions.
  • Collaborate with business partners, product owners, users, technical leads, and leadership to evaluate solutions, define requirements, and develop specifications.
  • Design and document application architecture, interfaces, integrations, and solution standards.
  • Develop integrated cloud solutions across multiple enterprise platforms within Azure.
  • Apply Agile SDLC practices, including code reviews, coding standards, continuous integration, and pair programming.
  • Manage multiple workstreams while meeting deadlines, acceptance criteria, quality requirements, and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor emerging enterprise application trends and assess their relevance to the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent certifications and experience.
  • 3+ years of IT development experience; operational or incident management experience is a plus.
  • 1+ year of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure development, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API Management.
  • Strong experience with Dataverse and data modeling.
  • Experience with data migration and data integration is preferred.
  • Experience with waterfall and/or Agile SDLC methodologies, with Agile preferred; knowledge of Agile Scrum practices.
  • Experience with development practices including code reviews, coding standards, continuous integration, and pair programming.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications, additional Microsoft technologies, and insurance industry or LOMA experience are preferred.
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, adaptability, self-direction, and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
