Description

  • Design, develop, and oversee the architecture and strategy for scalable, reliable AI/ML Ops platforms and pipelines.
  • Package and deploy AI/ML services to production with reproducibility and interpretability in mind.
  • Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines to accelerate model deployment.
  • Provision and optimize training and serving infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless platforms.
  • Implement monitoring and observability for model performance, data drift, and latency.
  • Automate retraining and data pipeline workflows to keep models accurate over time.
  • Manage deployment of foundation models, fine-tuning workflows, and RAG stacks including vector databases and knowledge graphs.
  • Optimize GPU and CPU utilization to reduce cloud costs while maintaining low-latency inference.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and software engineers to move models from development to production.
  • Manage versioning and governance for data, code, and models using tools such as MLflow.
  • Implement data security measures and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex data-related issues to maintain platform stability and reliability.

Requirements

  • Experience building and maintaining AI/ML Ops platform systems with an emphasis on scalability, reliability, efficiency, and security.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS software solutions that require high availability and scalability.
  • Experience handling large-scale structured and unstructured data from multiple data sources.
  • Strong system design experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools across large-scale, petabyte-level data environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks Lakehouse ecosystem and AI/MLOps workflows on Databricks, MLflow, Mosaic AI Agent Framework, Unity Catalog, Vector Search, and Knowledge Graph.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph for pipeline integration.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP; AWS-hosted data platform experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with modern software engineering practices including Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC tools preferably Terraform, observability, monitoring, and alerting.
  • Experience with solution cost optimization and design-to-cost approaches.
  • Legally eligible to work in India on an ongoing basis.
