Description

  • Recruit and onboard new partners, including regional and global system integrators, solution providers, resellers, distributors, and referral partners.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of partner prospects across select countries in ASIA.
  • Engage and manage partner recruitment programs and relationships to support partnership objectives and sales opportunities.
  • Meet revenue targets through effective management of relationships with potential and existing partners.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships within assigned partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships.
  • Manage partner contracts and ensure compliance with program requirements.
  • Enable partners on the Smartsheet platform through training, certifications, and resources.
  • Coordinate joint sales and partner marketing initiatives and align with direct sales teams on co-selling opportunities.
  • Forecast and manage partner pipeline and sales activities, track performance, and report on revenue and key metrics.
  • Manage a regional Market Development Funds (MDF) budget, provide market insights, and resolve partner issues and escalations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of SaaS application software sales experience, with bonus consideration for experience in an emerging category offering.
  • 10+ years of partner management, business development, or sales experience.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through the ASIA partner ecosystem.
  • Experience with software partner programs such as MDF, DealReg, and partner enablement pathways.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage partners and execute joint business planning.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to identify high-potential, scalable partners.
  • Preference for candidates who have recruited new partners to sell and deliver services for a new, emerging SaaS application.
  • Ability to interact professionally with senior-level corporate management and drive cross-functional teamwork.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and proficiency in G Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time, including travel to Asia and Australia.
  • Legally eligible to work in Singapore on an ongoing basis.
